QUALITY
The quality management system at Schröder Spezialglas GmbH is based on ISO 9001:2015 and has been certified since 2007. It controls all processes from the original inquiry through to dispatch of the finished product. In this process, each employee has the visualised processes and documents at his or her disposal.
Moreover we are certified based on the environmental management system ISO 14001 since 2018.
We are constantly working to improve our processes and products – firstly, by assessing the effectiveness of our QM system and, secondly, by engaging our employees creatively in our continuous improvement system.
